Miller Smith Quickbraze vs. Little Torch differences

Hello,
I'm new here and since I didn't find it listed anywhere I thought I would post this here in case it helps someone else. I've been shopping for a small brazing setup and was interested to compare the Smith Quickbraze and the Smith Little Torch setups. At first glance, the torches appear to be identical, with Miller even using the same parts diagram for both torches, but there are some important differences. The main one being that Miller tech support reports to me that the tips will not interchange between Quickbraze and Little Torch families (like I'd hoped) because the Quickbraze torch has a larger adaptor pipe diameter. Another difference between Quickbraze and the little torch is the hose. The Quickbraze has a longer kevlar covered hose (10' kevlar hose for Quickbraze vs. 8' non kevlar for the Little Torch). I cannot verify whether the actual hose inner diameters are different between the two, but the hose and ferrule part numbers are both different so maybe or maybe not.

As for product numbers for ordering, there are many different parts & kits listed on the web(particularly on ebay) and it can be a bit confusing as product descriptions are inconsistent. Here is a mapping I worked out from owner's manuals, catalogs and web searches. There are many more kits than I list here, but hopefully you can get the proper connections for your location.

kit#(23-1001D), torch# (11-1101C) - Smith Little Torch - USA B-fittings (Fuel 9/16”-18-LH, Oxygen 9/16”-18-RH)
kit#(239-047B), torch# (11-1104C) - Smith Little Torch - British fittings (Fuel 3/8”-19 BSPF-LH, Oxygen 3/8”-19 BSPF-RH)
kit#(23-1013A), torch# (11-1107) - Smith Little Torch - Australian fittings (Fuel 5/8”-18-LH, Oxygen 5/8”-18-RH)
kit#(239-048A), torch# (11-1110) - Smith Little Torch - European fittings (Fuel 3/8”-19 BSPF-RH, Oxygen 1/4”-19 BSPF-RH)
kit#(23-5004A), torch# (11-1114) - Smith Quickbraze - USA B-fittings (Fuel 9/16”-18-LH, Oxygen 9/16”-18-RH)
kit#(23-5005A), torch# (11-1116) - Smith Quickbraze - USA A-fittings (Fuel 3/8"-24-LH, Oxygen 3/8"-24-RH)

Hose:
There were some questions about the gas compatibility of the hoses and here what I found from the owner's manuals.
Little Torch hose - (13254-3) - T rated hose - compatible with acetylene, hydrogen, propane, propylene, or natural gas
Quickbraze hose - (14769SF) - T rated hose - compatible with acetylene, hydrogen, propane, propylene, natural gas

Quickbraze tip adapters:
There is mention in various documentation that indicate the Quickbraze tips can be used with other Smith torch handle bodies, specifically the Versa-Torch AW1A and AW10A handles.
Adapter AT40: - for acetylene fuel was discontinued by Miller in 2007 and is no longer available
Adapter AT41: - for propane fuel is still available on various places on the web. I have no idea whether AT41 is modifiable for use with acetylene fuel or not. Has anyone done this?

Anyways, this is getting long and I just wanted to put this out so the next new guy shopping doesn't have to do same connecting the dots that I did.
If others have experience with Quickbraze vs. Little Torch usage I'd appreciate your input.

Best
