What’s the simplest way of getting it out of there?

I don't know, never gave it a thought. Last I knew I loosened cables, and lifted. I don't think it was hard. If it was, I don't remember. Bit of a pain to attach a charger. A couple weekends ago it was pretty cold. A tractor wouldn't start without ether, the on board injection was empty, so I was going to use the Bobcat to power battery, and heater. It wouldn't start, (battery is three years old). I strung cords, opened both doors to connect charger, and it started instantly. I moved the cord to the tractor, and it started instantly. They were both just training me.

Was looking at mine today. There is 8 bolts (3/8" head) and 4 Phillips head screws that need to be removed. This will allow removal of the rear panel and access to the battery.
