Maxstar 200 Sd controls not working

Hello, hopefully somebody may be able to help, i have a Maxstar 200 sd (LH040040L) and a couple months ago the controls stopped working. The machine is still working in TIG and the Display is still working as normal and i can still change the amperage but the buttons have stopped working completely. I was told by somebody that it could be the faceplate/membrane switch but miller said the replacement part is no longer available. Does anyone have any ideas if that is the issue or if its something else?

Have you done a cold reboot? You will loose your memory but it may reset some crucial parameters.

@shovelon yes i tried a cold reboot, sadly that didn't work. The more I've read into it i thinks its either the membrane switch or PC3 board.
