Hello guys,

I have had my Lincoln Pro Mig 140 for about 8 years now and I have been very happy with it. A couple of weeks ago, the feeder motor quit turning. I turn on the main switch, the fan starts and the relay clicks when I press & hold the trigger but the feeder motor never turns. I checked the feeder motor to be working by applying 12V DC directly and I replaced the circuit board with a brand new Lincoln PCB. But welder is doing the same thing so obviously it is not the PCB. What else could be causing this issue?

Had the same thing happen to my lil lincoln 125. Tried all kids of things. Pull the cover off and turn it on. While it's on pull your trigger. Now is when you start playing with the wires behind the switch. Mine was a bad connection at the back of the switch. Hope it's the same for you. Good luck.
