I have the little chinese one I paid $100 about 5 years ago and a $1800 japanese big one that cuts a 3mm radius. The little one gets used 10:1 over the big one and the insert life is fantastic. I'm still on the set of inserts that came in it. I rotated them once after cutting a 1/8" bevel on both sides of about 250 ft of water jet cut 304 stainless. When the little one dies (it hasn't given any indication of being worn yet), I'll buy another or two.
