I've got a burned cap. on the PC2 board in my Miller CST 250. The board number is 204429. The cap. originally blue, burned black and I cannot get any info from it. It is in the R77 spot on the board next to the relays. I have searched for weeks trying to find another board that I could look at or a schematic that would tell me what the value of that cap is with no luck. If anyone on the site has one of these machines that they could open the top and tell me the value of this cap it would be Greatly appreciated.

Thank you 7A749 for the reply. Of course throwing good parts to bad doesn't make sense. I was hoping to see if I could just replace this cap and the relay next to it to finish a project that I was working on. I was within a half inch of finishing my last weld on a piece of stainless when the machine stopped arching then I noticed smoke, and the rest is history. Thought I could replace the affected parts and get lucky before I scrap the unit or sell it for scrap, it's getting some age on it now and we all know circuit boards only get hot and then cold so many times before this happens. The testing equipment I have, the devil is has been finding the manual. Thanks again for your input.
