I have been using a chopsaw but it takes so long to do one cut? What is the easiest way to cut these 45 degree angles

Got a cut off wheel? Bandsaw?
I use my bandsaw for 90% of my cutting the loud, noisy chop saw sits under a bench.

I highly recommend the Milwaukee portable band saw. They are around $300 new and less if you find a decent one used. I cut everything from wood to aluminum to steel with it and nothing cuts faster. The only limit is how far 'into' a piece it can cut (OK cutting at the end of large pieces or just about anywhere in a long, skinny piece, but not so good at cutting in the middle of a large sheet of material).

You cannot put metal cutting blade in a wood chop saw and cut steel like your thinking. The rpm is way too fast. Nor can you pit the blade in your abrasive chop saw. You must have a dry cut metal chop saw. Such as the evolution or dewalt (dw872 its the one I have) or Milwaukee has one also.

No that note I would say a metal chop saw is probably the fastest way to cut angle. Mine will chop through a 3X3X1/4 in about 10-12 seconds. It may be much louder than a bandsaw, and tosses way more metal chips around than a band saw, but it's quick and works great.
